At Flora & Co Wellness we aim to create a safe, inclusive space where all clients can focus on gut health and healing with a holistic approach.
Flora & Co Wellness is a Colon Hydrotherapy Clinic with a strong focus on gut health, detoxification and supporting our clients to live a healthy lifestyle. Located in the heart of Elizabeth Street, Camden.
Owner Hayley Riley is a certified colon hyrdotherapist using the woods gravity method, completing her training with Leanne McGraw founder of Release Wellness Centre. Hayley is also certified with Australian Colon Health and trained under Sue Twiggs and has completed Advanced Colon Hydrotherapy training.
Hayley started her own personal journey with colonics in 2014 having suffered from digestive issues and anxiety. After personally experiencing the health benefits of colonics, seeing how this made a significant impact to her life physically and emotionally, Hayley decided she wanted to share her passion in holistic health.
Hayley is a mother of two beautiful boys and loves the role of being a nurturing mother. Having a passion for always helping others, she has worked in the health industry for over 12 years. Studying and working as a nurse, a cognitive behavioral coach as well as working in schools and indigenous communities assisting those with mental and chronic health conditions.
Through Hayley’s own personal experiences over the years, she was able to identify an extensive gap in the community, that being health issues starting from within the gut.
Hayley has a wealth of knowledge in colon hydrotherapy and is excited to bring this passion and drive to the local Wollondilly community.
