We cannot wait to welcome you into Flora and Co Wellness! Below we have outlined a few terms and conditions regarding your booking.

TERMS
A non-refundable deposit fee will need to be paid upon making your appointment with Flora and Co Wellness.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment you can do so via the confirmation email you have received upon booking your appointment, but this must be done within 24 hours.

All initial bookings will have to pay the FULL-service amount and all returning sessions is a 50 % deposit.

If you cancel within 24 hours, you will have to pay the 50 % deposit.

If you cancel within 12 hours, you will have to pay the full-service fee with no exceptions.

If you have a package pre-paid and cancel within 24 hours the service booked will be taken off the package.

When rebooking after your first appointment in the clinic you can either,

1: Rebook paying a 50% deposit

2: Leave credit card details (you will be charged if you do not give notice for cancelling or not turning up to an appointment)

3: Rebook yourself online at your own convenience.

Our policy allows a maximum of two appointment reschedules online. If you reschedule more than twice, your appointment will be forfeited.

When a cancellation is made you must call 0416 923 386 and speak with our staff. If we do not answer and you are canceling after hours a text message must also be sent.

Please note we are not always on social media so a phone call or text message must be sent.

Please remember we assure at all times we respect your time so in return please respect the time of our staff and other clients.

When you do not show up for the scheduled appointment time, we then have other clients who miss out on this appointment.
