Colon Hydrotherapy

The Woods Gravity Method

Our colonic hydrotherapy sessions use the renowned Woods Gravity Method — a closed system that gently flushes the colon with warm, filtered water, guided throughout by a trained therapist.

Unlike machine-based colonics, this gravity-fed approach honours your body's natural rhythm, allowing water to flow in and waste to release without forced pressure. The result is a more comfortable, more thorough cleanse – supportive of your body rather than working against it.

What to expect:

  • A private, relaxed setting with a qualified therapist guiding you through every step

  • Warm, filtered water introduced gently via a closed system, so there's no odour and no exposure

  • A pace set by your body, not a machine – nothing forced, nothing rushed

  • Time afterwards to rest and rehydrate before you go about your day

Enhance your session

Enhance your session with a specialist implant – Coffee or Turmeric.
